Your team of curators have looked at the technical skills, the artistic freedom and the narrative excellence each photograph represents. This is the highest achievement of UCP. " This statement accompanied the awarded photo which is selected from over 11,000 photos submitted monthly. An exasperated female Alaskan Coastal Brown Bear came out of the water empty-handed after chasing a fish which resulted in no breakfast yet for herself and her cub. This photo has been a favorite of my customers.
